Jobs & Opportunities in Impact Communications

  • ICI is developing a curated Jobs & Opportunities board focused on roles connected to impact communications, responsible communications, and related advisory work.

    This initiative is designed to support emerging communicators as they navigate career pathways in a rapidly evolving field — while helping organizations connect with talent aligned with ethical, impact-first practice.

  • As expectations for communicators continue to expand, many professionals are seeking roles that allow them to engage with social and environmental issues thoughtfully and responsibly.

    The Jobs & Opportunities board will:

    • Highlight roles relevant to impact communications practice

    • Support career visibility for emerging communicators

    • Create a bridge between education, community, and professional opportunity

    • Reinforce shared standards for responsible communications work

  • When launched, the Jobs & Opportunities board may feature:

    • Full-time and part-time roles

    • Contract, freelance, and advisory opportunities

    • Roles within organizations, agencies, nonprofits, and institutions

    All postings will be reviewed to ensure relevance to impact communications and alignment with ICI’s values.

Pricing structure for job posts:

  • Standard Job Posting — $250
    30-day listing on the ICI website, one newsletter inclusion, and basic social amplification.

  • Featured Job Posting — $350
    Featured placement on the Jobs page, enhanced newsletter visibility, and additional social amplification.

  • Community Partner Rate — $100
    Available to qualified nonprofit organizations. Proof of nonprofit status and mission alignment required.

All job postings are reviewed to ensure alignment with ICI’s values and relevance to impact communications.
