Impact Councils

Impact Councils are ICI’s signature learning experiences – curated, facilitated conversations designed primarily for emerging PR and communications professionals navigating uncertainty, tradeoffs, and ethical decision-making.

Impact Councils are open to all Community Participants and Community Members who have taken the ICI Pledge. They serve as a shared learning space across tiers, reinforcing that access to dialogue and ethical reflection is a baseline, not a premium feature.

Senior practitioners participate as mentors and facilitators, helping ground discussion in real-world constraints while centering emerging voices.
